Lac la Nonne
An apple blossom was an encouraging sign in our backyard and I was drawn to paint it's delicate petals in the hopes they would one day turn into apples. In Alberta, the weather can be unpredictable and we have had years where all of the blossoms were killed in a late snowfall. We joke around here, that if you want to know the weather forecast, you need to check your watch as it changes often in one day!
